Yes, of course. I will guide the beginners through the movements, pay adequate attention to your progress, and try my best to help you catch up in terms of fitness level with those who are used to attend similar training styles.
I will do my best to make sure that you will not be left out. The modules practiced in this program is suitable for every level of fitness. Those who are fit will be encouraged to perform the movements with a higher volume and intensity as compared to the beginners
