Mengendalikan program Jom Kurus 1 Malaysia (JK1M) musim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 8. (6 minggu = 16-20kg penurunan tertinggi).

Mengendalikan Mimos GetFit 1.0 dan GetFit 2.0 di kulim. Peserta berjaya mencapai penurunan berat badan secara purata 10-20% dari berat asal.
Founder kepada Elfiq Fitness Journey 1.0, 2.0 dan 3.0.

Memberi penerangan mengenai makro & mikro nutrisi pemakanan, pengiraan kalori keperluan badan dan diet bagi menurunkan berat badan.

* Minggu#1 :
SABTU : sesi suaikenal, pengenalan kepada nutrisi( mikro & makro), ambil berat day 1
AHAD : body weight training (Optional)

* Minggu#2
SELASA: body weight training
KHAMIS : Crossfit
SABTU : Timbang / bootcamp
Ahad : Bootcamp (Optional)

*Minggu#3
SELASA : Aerobic
KHAMIS : Body weight training
SABTU : Hiking
AHAD : HIIT ( Optional)

*Minggu#4
SELASA : Dodgeball
KHAMIS : Body weight training
SABTU : Pengenalan gym
AHAD : HIIT ( Optional)

*Minggu#5
SELASA : Crossfit
KHAMIS : Bodycombat
SABTU : Hiking
AHAD : Circuit Training ( Optional)

*Minggu#6
SELASA : Body weight training
KHAMIS : 5km Jog
SABTU : timbang berat akhir & potluck!

pengalaman banyak kerana mengendalikan jk1 hingga jk8

profile yang simple tetapi mengujakan kerana terlalu banyak pengalaman mengendalikan jk since season 1 hingga sekarang. ilmu yg beliau ada lagi meyakinkan peserta2 , dan sebagai zumba instructor.

I kenai Coach Elly masa i join JK1M musim pertama.I was so negatif pasai sebelum ni bayaq RM3000 for PT pun tak kurus,cuma turun 3kg dlm masa 2 bulan.Terkejut jugak bayaq RM300 kat Coach Elly blh turun 10 kg dlm masa 6 minggu!!!! Key point dia nak kuruih kena ada ilmu n Cikgu yg betoi nak guide kita.. Coach Elly is right want one…terutamanya kita yg pompuan ni…hanya org pompuan ja paham org pompuan len.

AN AWESOME COACH, A MOTIVATOR

Coach Elly was one of the reason that I continue in this weight loss journey. She is always there when you needed the motivation to pull through. Even when you don’t believe in yourself, she will BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN DO IT!! She is really knowledgeable in fitness from the correct form of exercises, clean eating & diet and workout training. Under her guidance in JK1M#5,I was able to lose 10.6 kg in 6 weeks (an achievement that even I don’t believe at first). Even after the program finished, she still keep on motivating and teaching the team to be in control of our journey. Alhamdulillah, the dream of having a fit & leaner body is within reach in a year, a continuous effort with Coach Elly guidance and good rapport. Once she took you under her wings, she won’t let go until you will be able to fly high!!! Thanks Coach Elly
