She has over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and have monitored a GROUP of more than 50 over people who successfully reduced more than 10% body fat under her supervision in 12 weeks as well as those who would wish to gain muscle. She have also managing and supervise underweight patient and over weight (>100 kg) clients, age between 8 years to senior’s age with injuries, special needs and medical condition.

Q How many times in a week for training?

There will be 4x a week. 2x under me in Putrajaya area and 2x under Qhal in Cyberjaya area.

Q Do we have to pay extra for joining Qhal in Cyberjaya?

No extra charges. We are collaborating for this season. Therefore those who registered under me will be able to join any of their session and those who registered under Qhal will be able to join any of my session as well.

Q What day and time?

Gillian team in Putrajaya every Sunday morning 8.30am and Tuesday 8.30pm.
Qhal team in Cyberjaya every Saturday morning 8.30am and Thursday 8.30pm

Q Venue?

We will update you on the location or venue for Cyberjaya area under Qhal. As for Putrajaya, it will be at Jambatan Seri Gemilang, P15 Jalan Diplomatik, Taman Putra Perdana (Behind Shang-Rila Hotel). Please note that the location may change due to weather or any other circumstances.

Q I have knee injuries, back injuries and certain injuries, can I still join Jk1M?

YES!! Just inform me on your injuries. There is no reason to not joining. You are still able to do lots of other workout. I will assist you and give you another option of certain movement to replace any workout that you are unable to do. No one left behind. With proper guidance, YOU CAN!

Q What is your workout level for JK1M participant?

There is no level, the intensity of workout base on your fitness level. Do according to your level. Everybody are not the same. Beginners, intermediate, advance or injured people are all welcome and able to do. Together we CAN,

Q Is there any replacement session if I can't make it to one of the session?

Sorry, there will be no replacement session but I will always update you on the workout that we have done or home workout task so that you can still do it on your free time through our group whatsapp.

I started jk1m season 7 with gillian early 2017. Tremendous trasformation that i gain from gillian. I belive with hardwork and team work ur dream will come true. I experienced it. As a winner for jk1mS7 for Putrajaya, i felt so motivated as i lost more than 11kg in 6wks! The best part i broke my plateau! Without gillian, i cant do it! Sebenarnya dah lama stop sukan. Cuma ringan2 1thn sekali futsal. Dah cuba control berat bdn(konon), angan mat jenin je. Isteri syorkan jk1m putrajaya(coach Gill). So cuba je la nak sedapkan ati. JK1M8…mula2 cam biase je,tapi bila cuba seronok plak dgn kesannya. Yg penting disiplin. 1 yg buat aku selesa dgn coach Gill ni, dia tak lokek. Bab nasihat dan tips boleh muntah kot. La ni dia SIFU aku. So apa tunggu lagi!

After stop breastfeeding mmg berat naik and mmg dah lama aim nk join JK1M. Alhamdulillah bila risik2 dgn office mate yg pernah join JK1M, dia syorkan utk masuk under Gillian. TAK SIA-SIA ok! VERY VERY VERY PASSIONATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HUMBLE, MOTIVATED, POSITIVE, LOTS OF TIPS & ADVISES, and “GILA-GILA” coach. Semangat coach + list of workouts + semangat diri sendiri + home workout + jaga makan = lost weight! Utk mereka yang ada masalah kesihatan pon digalakkn utk join under Gillian sbb dia tahu the CORRECT TECHNIQUE, suitable workout, what to do and what not. Maka, silalah join under Gillian. When my sis and I decided to join JK1M 8 before, I was a bit confuse which trainer we should go for. After reading all the reviews I ended up choosing Gillian as our trainer. Those reviews by her former trainees gave us the impression that she is approachable, humble, easy going and bad ass! Turn out she is all that and more. Top qualities I like in her is she is knowledgable and resourceful. No gap between u and the trainer. If u want to see the devil side of her join this team!! (she will push u to YOUR LIMIT). If u want to see the pretty side of her, go get SHAPE magazine June 2017 edition (she is on the cover page! Wiwitttt!! XD). – I lost 11.5kg during 6 weeks with her. – My sis won Jom Kurus Fit Strong Woman thanks to her coaching and Kevin!

Saya peserta JK1M8. 12 sesi bersama Gillian buat saya rasa terharu. Kerana saya bermula sebagai seorang tak boleh berlari pun. Kali pertama join terus injured hingga berminggu-minggu lamanya. Tetapi Gillian selalu ajarkan kami, “listen to your body”. Beliau selalu ajarkan tips jika cedera apa yang saya patut buat dan apa yang tak. Sehingga 3 minggu sebelum tamat, saya boleh berlari, ini yang paling menggembirakan. Tips pemakanan, tips kesihatan, semua input yang sangat best, kurus dan sihatlah dengan ilmu. Tak rugi join JK1M bersama Gillian! Malah anda akan dapat lebih dari yang anda jangkakan!! JK1M bersama Coach Gillian BESTTT GILERRR!!!

Joining jk1m7 under coach gill dan tak pernah menyesal sampai skarang. Masuk prog dgn berat 62 dan sampai skarang menten 55-57kg. She is an ohsem coach, always motivate her client and she design her workout to suit the purpose. Even after jk1m still follow her program till now. The most passionate fitness instructor I've ever met!

I’m struggling to maintain my body weight and i need a good coach to help me to achieve my goal. I’ve trained with several coaches but when I met Gill, I knew that she is the right coach for me. She is passionate, hard working, funny and sometimes a bit crazy 😜. I enjoyed all her workout class (tabata , HIIT, circuit training, kick boxing etcs) and she managed to keep her class entertaining and alive. Gill never get tired on giving her advice and always encourage us to push beyond our limit. She’s a bad ass coach with a warm and kind hearted soul. Join her team n U wont be disappointed.

My Fitness Icon

I m struggling to maintain my body weight and build up the muscle. In order to maintain the healthy life along our life – it is very critical part. I got diabetes 2 years ago and sometimes when I had stress, I ate a lot. With Gil, she is the best coach I met that able to help me in order to solve the problem. I got a dream to have body like her. Why Coach Gillian? You will not regret it!!

With Coach Gillian since 2013.. she is my trainer, physiotherapist & good friend.. I hv herniated disc, tennis elbow, knee problem & other problems that i can’t remember but she was there encouraged me and support me until i can do more now than i can back then.. i am 44 but with gill’s assistance my body fat reduced to 30% muscle mass 54%. With her i hv learnt NEVER SAY NEVER.. .. TQ coach Gillian!
