Saya merupakan salah seorang Sport, Health & Fitness Professional dan Reseacher yang bekerja sebagai Tenaga Pengajar ( Educator) di sebuah Universiti Awam Malaysia.

Saya merupakan pemegang Ijazah Sarjana (Master) dalam Bidang Kejurulatihan Sukan (Sports Coaching) dari UiTM Shah Alam.
Juga berkelayakan dalam bidang Physical Conditioning & Health & Fitness Management.
Pernah berkerja di Pusat Kecergasan Komersial di sekitar Lembah Kelang.
(True Fitness) sbg Fitness Trainer.

Ketua Team Leader Bagi Kawasan Kedah & Perlis serta telah mengendalikan program Jom Kurus 1 Malaysia (JK1M) musim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 8.

Telah mengendalikan Program Weightloss sendiri UnderGround Fitness sejak 2013 hingga sekarang dan ramai yang telah berjaya dalam program yang kami jalankan. Penyertaan adalah dari segenap Negeri Kedah, Perlis & P. Pinang.

Inshaallah. Saya pernah mengendalikan ramai peserta yang berumur 50an & semua diantara mereka masih meneruskan perjalanan dalam mengekal kehidupan yang sihat hingga sekarang.

Tak rugi join

Saya start join JK1M under coach jamee masa musim 6. Tapi stop half way, jumpa lagi coach Jamee awal tahun ni under program coach sendiri (saya cari coach sendiri). Tak rugi join under coach jamee, takkan rasa left out, setakat ni saya dah lost almost 20kg. Without any supplements..training sangat effective, tapi sumpah fun gila..thumbs up 👍🏼

Tahun 2015 saya decide nak berubah sebab rasa dah tak mampu nak bawak badan dan malu dengan pandangan orang ramai. Saya mula join JK1M 5 (september – oktober 2015) under coach jamee. X sangka masuk sebulan je dah turun 9.5 kg. Latihan dan nasihat pemakanan yg diberikan oleh c.jamee sangat berkesan sepanjang proses penurunan berat badan saya. Then sy teruskan lg dgn JK1M 6 dan menyertai setiap program yg dikendalikan coach jamee. Alhamdulillah saya dah berjaya lost lebih kurang 60 kg. Thank u coach..

Pilihan program yang berbaloi hasil mengujakan

Berkenalan dengan program sebegini dgn tunjuk ajar coach jamee telah memberi impak positif mengubah keadaan diri yg ada masalah kesihatan boleh menjadi kurang kebergantungan kpd ubatan. Tidak dinafikan dengan ilmu pemakanan secara sihat serta teknik senaman yg betul menjadikan badan lebih sihat & secara tidak langsung buatkan fungsi otak juga menjadi lebih baik. Hasilnya 2 manfaat sekaligus berjaya diperolehi.. kesihatan yg semakin baik serta berjaya turunkan berat badan yg sangat mengujakan. 🖒~pengalaman sendiri sebagai pesakit bipolar disorder

She coaches you from the heart.

I first joined JK1M during the second season. From then on I kept on returning for more. Although the training can be tough and at times intimidating, it has always be an enjoyable journey throughout. ‘No pain, no gain’ should be your motto and I added mine which has always been ‘slowly but surely’. There is NO short cut to losing weight, you just need the proper training, knowledge and continuous guidance to succeed. How soon will that be will depend on the person him/herself. I can assire you that Coach Siti Jameelah Japilus can make it happen for you. Believe me… I was 91.6 kg before but now I weigh around 68 kg. It took me several seasons to get to that weight and I’m proud to say tt I don’t need any weight loss programmes or supplements now because I know fully well how to stay slim and fit. Thanks to you Jamee!!

Sy bermula pada jk1m#5 sept 2015.. Dengan berat 110kg dan pinggang 47cm… Hasil didikan dan tunjuk ajar coach jamee…Saya berjaya menurunkan sebanyak 12 kilo dalam tempoh 6 minggu tanpa berlapar tanpa ubat-ubatan dan tanpa sebarang makanan sampingan… Giler angpa kata xbest…. Wajib join ni…. & saya masih bersama coach jamee….sehingga sekarang….. #fittevolution

Life Changer

I was diagnosed with Prolapsed Invertebral Disc (PID) (aka slipped disc) in 2010. Even before that i was not an active person. Enrol gym membership but did not actually go to gym and workout. After i was diagnosed, i was really scared to run/jog n do other physical activity. In 2014 and 15kg heavier (i was overweight even before the diagnose) i decided to join JK1M season 2. Coach jamee pushed me to the point that i was able to jog again. She gave a whole new meaning to being active and taking care of myself. She was the one who changed my sedentary life to an active one. I was 83kg when i first met her and now i am 66kg. Now i ran almost everyday and even joined half marathon event. Anyone who thinks they cannot do it, sign up with this awesom woman ❤️.. Truly recommended!!!
