I am a leading fitness professional based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and continue to lead JK1M Kota Kinabalu since season 1 untill now. After years of working with global fitness centers such as Fitness First Malaysia(Trainer), True Fitness Malaysia(Trainer), JuaraGym Sabah(GX and Trainer), Fitness Connection Sabah(Manager), Platinum Fitness Sabah(Gym Manager), I have been pioneering various fitness programs in Sabah such as Jom Kurus Sabah (with Kevin Zahri), Revolucamp Bootcamp, Ladies Fitness Specialist and many more. I am also the current Icon and Celebrity Trainer for JK1M.

In addition, I am the founder and current gym owner for Revolucamp RX Training Center.

With a background of Degree in Sport Science (UiTM), and Martial Arts, I am actively involved in conducting corporate health talks with governments and non goverment, exercise programs and other corporate wellness solutions.

With over 10 years experience, I am the perfect fit to help you in achieving your dream fitness goal.

I have also been published and featured in several newspapers, magazines, local television, radio and other media to help promote health and fitness in Sabah.

Q Berapa banyak boleh turun KGs?

Secara purata sepanjang coach kevin mengendalikan JK1M dari musim pertama adalah

perempuan 5 kg
lelaki 7 kg

namun itu terpulang kepada dedikasi kita SENDIRI. MAU LEBIH BUAT LEBIH

Q Perlu mengambil 6 minggu cuti untuk mengikuti program ini?

Tidak!
Aktiviti rasmi hanya seminggu sekali (Sabtu pagi) tapi kita akan ada juga aktiviti tambahan pada hari biasa seperti kelas mempertahankan diri, bootcamp dan banyak lagi.

Peserta juga akan mendapat keahlihan percuma selama 6minggu di Revolucamp RX Training Center.

Namun jika perlu kami juga menyediakan surat pengesahan penyertaan program bagi mana mana peserta yang ingin memohon perlepasan. (Terpulang budi bicara syarikat tuan/puan)

Coach akan mengajar pelbagai jenis senaman yang Beginners Friendly.
