Qhal has been training myself and my wife since 2015. What’s great about Qhal is he tailors his trainings to suit his participants’ level of fitness. This allowed me to progress at my own pace without feeling ‘forced’. Through his fun and interactive workout sessions, Qhal has also managed to make us treat exercise as part of our daily routine. And when we push ourselves further, Qhal is always there to assist and teach us proper methods to be effective and avoid injuries. Great coach!

Coach Qhal is one of the best coach ever. He has never underestimate anyone irrespective whatever yr level of stamina & will always motivate us by accommodating based to our individual level of ability. That is his special skill. He will also accomodate to our injuries – if u have any…… juz like mine spine & tight muscle issue. It have been a struggle for me to exercise n continuously loose weight but with him its fun & motivating. Exercise is more of a lifestyle now n not a struggle. He never fail to motivate n continuous support tremendously. If you are serious in losing weight & looking for coach n healty lifestyle as a choice then Coach Qhal is the best solution. The thing I like about Qhal is that he understands one’s limit and never pushes them to a point that it may injure themselves. He’d suggest alternative ways to do it and being a specialist in sports injuries, this helped me a lot. In addition, he is fun and a cool person to train you as he’s very friendly.

Me n my husband really enjoyed training with Qhal since JK1M5. My husband lost 18 kg and i myself lost 12kg as to date. But most importantly qhal taught us that being healthy is a lifestyle and it doesn’t have to be difficult . Work at your own pace and know ur limits. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be not tasty at all. From a trainer Qhal has also become a friend to us and has helped us change our life in so many ways. Now qhal is in cyberjaya, it’s a lost to damansara but a gain to cyberjaya.

I am very impressed and intrigued by Qhals kickboxing techniques and enthusiasm. He has a very unique way of training and I find his class very enjoyable until the end. Dude.. like seriously.. Canterbury Ambassador, Garmin Sports Ambassador annnnddddd National Rugby Player. What more professionalism can you ask for in a trainer? Qhal coaches and lead in a calm and fun manner. Always gives you words of encouragement and never tries to bring you down.
