– Team Leader for JK1M7 (Pasir Puteh, Kelantan) and JK1M8 (Kuala Nerus, Terengganu).

Below is my team achievement for previous season,;

JK1M 8
1. Total participant of 31 ladies age range from 20-48 years old.
2. Highest lose weight (%) overall in TERENGGANU (12.88%, lose 8.4kg).
3. Highest lose weight (KG) overall in TERENGGANU (lose 10.8kg, 8.05%).
4. Average weight lose for 31 ladies was 3.67kg in 6 weeks.

JK1M 7
1. Total participant of 7 (mix gentleman & ladies).
2. Highest lose weight (%) in team is 8.00%, lose 6.1kg.
3. Highest lose weight (KG) in team is lose 6.1kg, 8.00%.
4. Average weight lose for 7 participant was 2.70kg in 6 weeks.
